After our very first delivery to the Tower Club in downtown Dallas, I will never look at jumping out of the car and heading into a venue in the same way again. Next time I have the pleasure of delivering cakes to this beautiful venue, I will double, triple, and quadruple check that we have everything we need for the trip up to the 48th floor. After 4 trips up and down (Thankfully this is accomplished using 2 elevators)…we successfully delivered their cakes. Stephanie changed her design a couple of weeks before the wedding, but I believe it turned out so much better than the original plan- so pretty! Her 4 tier white almond buttercream cake was handpiped to mimic the pattern in her dress, with hydrangeas from Mockingbird Florist. David’s cake was a lighthearted homage to Jimmy Buffet. All decor on his cake was edible!  Congratulations Mr. and Mrs!
