And for my staff- the weekend was FULL of learning! We were so excited to have the opportunity to try new things this weekend! This is why my “job” is so exciting Kristin had a FUN time (tongue in cheek) tackling a fondant camo cake- tried a few different techniques, but settled on one that made us happy. Robin crafted turrets and had the maddening task of creating gumpaste cones- but they turned out sooo pretty! Amanda sparred with ganache and won!!! I recently bought some new stencils and was able to use them on a baby shower cake- LOVE the way they turned out. Giraffe, zebra, and cheetah! We all grew as decorators this weekend and look forward to more challenges!
